RESERVATIONS: As numbers are limited, a deposit of $800 for Ireland and $500 for Tasmania , with a completed registration form is required to confirm your booking . This deposit is non refundable and will only be refunded if the tour is cancelled by Harvey World Travel Perth. The balance of payment for Ireland is due by 31st March 2006 and Tasmania 18 September 2006 . Late bookings will be considered subject to availability. Any amendments made will be at a cost of $100.00 per person per amendment. INSURANCE Travel Insurance is strongly recommended to cover against any unforeseen circumstances. This is an additional expense and is each individuals own responsibility to ensure they are adequately covered. Please contact Harvey World Travel Perth for a current brochure. CANCELLATION Once a booking has been received by Harvey World Travel Perth, cancellations must be made in writing. Cancellation fees are as follows Over 60 days - loss of deposit 60 21 days - 50% of tour cost 20 8 days - 75% of tour cost 7 days or less - 100% of tour cost All tour costings are subject to currency fluctuations and can increase without notice. Harvey World Travel Perth reserve the right to apply these increases to the tour cost. This increase will then be paid by each traveller. HEALTH REQUIREMENTS We require written confirmation from your regular Doctor from any passenger that is over 70 years, or has a known medical condition, stating that you are fit to travel on this tour. BAGGAGE Tour cost includes porterage of 1 case per person. Normal airline baggage conditions apply. PASSPORTS A copy of your passport is required by Harvey World Travel Perth to ensure validity and visa requirements are being met. WHATS NOT INCLUDED IMPORTANT INFORMATION Harvey World Travel and/or associated companies give notice that all tickets and arrangements for transport or conveyance, or for hotel accommodation, are made by them as agents upon the express condition that they shall not be liable for any injury, damage, loss, delay or any irregularity which may be occasioned either by reason of any company or person engaged in conveying the client, or in carrying out the arrangements of the tour or otherwise in servant, or for any failure on the part of the hotel to provide any of the facilities normally available. Harvey World Travel Perth and/or associated companies accept no responsibility for losses or additional expenses due to delays or change in trains, flights or other services, sickness, weather, strikes, war, quarantines or other causes. Additional expenses, if any shall be borne by the client. The right is reserved to substitute hotels and to make any alteration to the itinerary as maybe found desirable for the convenience of parties and the proper operation of the tour. The client is bound by any such changes made and additional expenses, if any, may be borne by the client. Airlines and other carriers are not responsible for any act, omission, or event during the time the client is not on board either planes or conveyances. The clients contract in use by the airlines concerned, when issued, shall constitute the sole contract between carrier and the purchaser of the tour and/or the client. Any and/or all transportation companies herein mentioned shall incur no responsibility or liability to any client, aside from their liability as common carriers. All services provided are subject to the law of the country in which the services are provided. Refunds for any portion of a tour after the date of departure, are issued solely at the discretion of Harvey World Travel Perth. Nothing in this brochure is intended to affect rights granted by the Australian Trade Practices Act or other consumer protection legislation which by law cannot be excluded. This contract shall be extracted and the relationship between the parties determined in accordance with the laws of the State of Western Australia. All matters of difference arising under or in connection with this contract shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the WA courts. |
