UPDATE ON WEBSITE July 28th , 2006

To date we have had very successful garden tours. We have been blessed with wonderful sunny weather, beautiful gardens and the best tour groups we could have possibily wished for! Some 300 people have travelled with my husband Nic and myself so far, and our garden travel club Gardening Friends Western Australia is flourishing. We have received very positive feedback from so many people both on the quality of our tours and our club..  thank you one and all!

GARDEN TOURS FOR 2006                                                                                                                                        

I have successfully ran another unique GARDEN TOUR OF SOUTHERN IRELAND for 7-28June , 2006.

This tour was very well researched . It was a more relaxed and improved version of our very successful first shorter Garden Tour of Southern Ireland, which we held in June 2005.

The itinerary and prices for our GARDEN TOUR of TASMANIA ( 18-28 November, 2006) are posted on this web site' About Our Tours', Tasmania 2006. To date 24 have booked, so if you are interested please contact Nikki Clarke  at Harvey world Travel as soon as possible. final payment is due by 18th September 2006. This year we are pleased that we have more couples booked, at this stage at least.

THE FUTURE

I have plans to design unique new garden tours to many other destinations, both in Australia and internationally. Because of my thorough approach to research, a new tour can take many months to plan. Therefore I prefer to offer only a limited range of top quality tours in any one year… obviously it is going to take many more years before garden tours to all my proposed destinations become a reality! Quite unique- can’t think of a better way to go..

This has been a tour to"die for"., beyond all expectations. As an older traveller and one who travels alone, I really appreciate the way everything is taken care of. As I have said before, you have it all organised and covered before I have even begun to wonder about it! The pace was good, rest days well placed in the itinerary, and everything taken care of my Gayle and Nic with the minimum of fuss. Gayle and Nic, you are a great team and very approachable, no matter what the size of the request. My only wish is that I will get to travel with you again!

For true garden lovers, this trip provides a feast in abundance of 30 beautiful gardens, spaced out by the soft gentle Irish countryside, and fascinating villages. Gayle has designed and led a unique trip that would be difficult to surpass. Now that you are setting a high standard. So thrilled that it went so well..love you both.

Have really enjoyed this tour. The detailed booklet has been a boon, giving us an insight what to look for along the way, as well as becoming a great memento.
